"10 Stars if I could. I just got this custom cushion today and amazed and delighted do not even cover how happy I am with this. I received the communication from the company right away to confirm my measurements and I agreed that they were correct. I was WRONG. I notified the company again and they modified the measurements for me at no additional charge (I did let them know within a couple of hours that I had made a mistake). It would have been appropriate for them to charge me as this was my error. The finished product is some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. The quality, the workmanship, the attention to details (like hiding the zipper pull, I’ve never seen that before) was incredible. I was very pleased with the color match from the design choices offered. I immediately took it out of the sealed bag and it puffed up at once. I will definitely use this vendor again should I need any future custom pillows or seats. Thank you for making it super easy to work with this company!!!! Use them, you will not be disappointed."

"We got the chenille fleece with an outdoor cover as well. We also got the side pillows in the rectangle shape. It was just delivered a week earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. It also seems to have mostly inflated within a few hours but will let it continue to inflate as it goes. I also like the texture of the chenille fleece. It isn't scratchy and it doesn't feel weird. It is just soft enough to the touch. We haven't sat on it yet of course. The color was also as expected in the pictures. The non slip seems to work just fine too! I felt the order process was relatively straight forward. You chose your shape, fabric, etc and provided measurements. I didn't need to have a picture but just provide measurements. The seller double checked and was quick to respond and verify with any questions or comments they had. They were very responsive so much so that I felt like I was the slower response. So long as you measure correctly, they create it in the correct dimensions. The package did arrive vacuum sealed and had everything packaged nicely so that it survived transit fine despite the delivery person throwing the package at the door. Honestly, just given how responsive the seller has been throughout the process and the first impression quality of the product, I am likely to buy again. Of course I will come back to update once I have sat on the cushion."

"The cushion was made to the exact measurements I gave. Looks good, decent quality. My only complaint is that it was shipped with the zipper only halfway zipped shut. This cushion is almost 6 feet long and the zipper was zipped halfway to where it snagged. I thought I was going to have to send it back but finally I was able to free the zipper and it works fine. Looked like someone tried to zip it shut, ran into the issue and just shipped it snagged like that. (It’s the black swing cushion in the pic... pillows not from this seller.)"

"Excellent custom cushion, came exactly as described and a really good condition. I’m really happy with how it turned out. I also enjoyed the option to add a second cover to exchange between periodically. Cushion is the perfect firmness to sit on and doesn’t squish too much. Colors are as they appear in advertisement as well."

"We chose these cushions to replace the uncomfortable, thin cushions that came with our day-bed. Previously we could feel the hard structure of the furniture beneath the cushions. We chose 4 inch cushions, which might have been overkill, but are definitely very comfortable. The foam in these cushions is much more dense that what we had before, so maybe we could have just got 2 or 3 inch cushions and still been comfortable. It does feel quite deluxe having such thick cushions. The grip works well to stop the cushions sliding. The cushions were packaged rolled in vaccum bags, surprisingly compact compared to their unrolled size. No piping or ties, classic linen red, 4 inches thick, anti-slip grip on bottom. Measurements were true to size and fit great."
